As a marketing and design consultant for Tower 28, I worked on a multi-phase project to improve conversion, retention, and brand awareness for the company’s recent product launch.
We focused on optimizing the digital customer journey, creating unique landing pages for each Hero SKU, designing post-purchase email templates to drive reviews and repeat purchases, and redesigning the product shade-finder quiz to be more intuitive and user-friendly. We also developed a branded ice cream truck campaign concept, increasing awareness and purchase conversion.
Deliverables included signage, truck wrap graphics, branded cups, experiential Instagram-able moments, landing page templates, email campaign modules, quiz redesigns, experiential campaign mockups, signage and environmental graphics, Instagram and UGC content, and product photography.
